DR500GW-HD Anyone know how to reset the camera to factory settings?

I have this camera and forgot my password, I was wondering if anyone knows how to set it back to factory settings. I have tried the reset button on the side , but it still the same. HELP
 
Has to be turned on when you reset it if I remember correctly
