Hello, is it posible to switch language from russian to english on DR500GW-HD with firmware version 2.002?

If you have the later firmware and viewer there is a box in the upper right side with choice of language in it in the dropdown
 
When I change language in the viewer, it does not work. it says model information is different.

There are some instructions in the download section about it Havent done it so cant help
