Odd character in BlackVue HD viewer

The HD viewer running on Windows (7) has an odd character in the file path - it looks like a capital W with a line through it where there should be a backslash. Other than the visual oddity, it works fine. Does anyone else see this or know what to do about it?

I'm thinking of getting the Itronics ITB-100HD, but have been concerned with problems viewing videos in the PC player, as reported in another thread. I downloaded the 1.3.2 version of the player and have it running on my Windows 7 64-bit system, but I need an actual video file from the SD card...

I came across the Cowan AC1 dashcam, and wondered if anyone has any experience with it. Perhaps another project for DashCamMan? (By the way, this is my first post. Thanks, DashCamMan, for putting all this stuff together!)
