It's explained in the very title of the video. The camera's shutter speed is synchronised to the rotation of the rotor. So every time a frame is captured, the blades have made a full rotation and are back in the same position.

You can't stream whilst recording. I use the Cellink so I can't make any claims as to parking mode time on car battery. I tried the speed camera feature once when I first got the camera and the file back then had uk cameras. It was very annoying though.

Yeah, our houses don't tend to have air conditioning. What we do have are thick, insulated brick walls, double glazed windows and fluffy, warm carpets!

Yeah, I got lucky with the angle of my windscreen. I think the only other way is a custom sized cpl that fits onto the camera lens housing.

I've just 3D printed a quick mount for the cpl that came with my mini 0806. Sticks onto the front of the camera.
