Yes, you can go back to a previous version, no problem. Just do a manual install, the same as any new firmware.

That line sets a bitrate of 40 for 1080/60 High quality setting. That line sets a bitrate of 25 for 1080/60 High quality setting. That line sets a bitrate of 25 for 1080/60 Middle quality setting. That line sets a bitrate of 25 for 1080/60 Low quality setting.

The 1080/60 resolution is already enabled in firmware version 1.2.12, so you can remove the "writeb" line altogether. You don't need to enable it again. The "writew" line sets the bitrate for that resolution and the value you have there (0x41C8) is for 25Mbps. Change that to 0x41F0 (30Mbps) and...

I think you mean this (attached). Also, here's a script snippet with ISO and shutter speed options. Of course, shutter speed in Yi is totally variable, so you can set at any value that works for you, not just these. ISO values, I dunno if they're continuously variable or not - haven't tried...

Attached is a script. The script just causes the camera to make a very rapid chirping sound for a fraction of a second. Rename it and try it in your camera and tell me what happens. Be sure sound is enabled in the mobile app, of course. :)
