    Mini 0807

OK then, so don't dump it. If you're happy to risk it, use it in another device and then use the working Samsung card in the 807. It seems you're looking for a technical answer to fix the card, so you can go back to using it in the 807 when, frankly, there isn't one. I had a Pro Sandisk 64gb...

    Mini 0807

Then you have a faulty card. Dump it and carry on using the Samsung card.

Fully format the card; that'll sort it. If you can't do in the camera, then use a PC.

Mini 0805 - Showing SmartAE at work

Seems to be a little dark compared to mine, but it's not too bad viewed full screen in a low light room.

Mini 0805 radio disruption & GPS problem

Yep, that's looks good and hope it'll provide a noise-free stable supply.

    Playing back video with gps/map

Given your 0805 files work with all the other machines you've used, I agree with Jokiin, it looks like a software conflict of some sort on your main PC....

Why do all the ebay seller say the 0805 supports up to 32gb memory cards?

You don't say what Class you card is, but I use a Class 6 32GB card and have no problems. My card is holding 5h.31m at 1080p (but not at 45fps) and includes all the GPS data too, so you should get approx half this I'd guess, but less of course at 45fps. As it overwrites automatically, I'd guess...

Hmmmm, yep; that I can understand.

GPS mount stuck to the base

Why does everyone keep removing their cams from the mount? Don't get it?

    Playing back video with gps/map

Hmmm, odd. You're pointing Registrator Viewer to the correct folder that holds the GPS data?

Google Maps and Video Player Drive

Ditto that. Utterly pointless not using the mount, cos as jokiin said, you're guaranteed to get awful resolution! Why do you want a non-perm install? Short-term rental cars? Use a pool car? Taxi? Anyway, if you want to really check the quality, don't think about sticking it on the dash; hand...

Mini 0805 radio disruption & GPS problem

Yeah, I agree. I used a cheapo Chinese 12/5v converter with a USB output that was completely hopeless - the radio hissed and popped like something from the un-supressed 1970's! So I dumped that, got a 12v socket and hard-wired that into the fuse box via a piggy-back lead and shoved a good...

Mini 0805 radio disruption & GPS problem

Ok, but what WERE you using, before you installed the new module?

    0805 mount

Could be that the feed from the socket is unstable - some of these 4 way adaptors are pretty poor. Try lifting the connectors on the mount a little. Incidentally, why do you remove the cam from the car?

    0805 mount

How are you connecting the power to the mount - via the 12v lead supplied into the 12v cigar socket or via the fusebox? If its via the fusebox, what are you using to step-down the voltage?

Mini 0805 radio disruption & GPS problem

Hi Darkman. What were you using to connect the cam to the car - the 12v cigar lighter or via the fuse box with another step-down unit? Also, how have you connected the Step-down module (that is SOOOO cheap BTW!) to the car and then to the cam?

    Difference betwen 803 & 805?

Really? Highly recommended? You can't prove its the wrong camera... 15% restocking fee? Is this for real? Please name and shame and allow others avoid!! As others have said... Firmware type and 2560x1080 mode. Note the FW number and post.. But if it doesn't have 2560x1080, it's not a 0805.

    fluctuating speed

I'd get another. My second unit is fantastic. PS - it does sometimes take a little time to find the GPS signal.
