Depends on where you get your A118C really..mine was from Gearbest.. POS plastic lens that was terrible. Well, one was terrible.. the other one basically die 2 months after I received it and after spending 2 months talking to them about exchange/refund.. they basically ignore me after that... =(

I will get the G1WH-BC.. just got that 2 weeks ago.. and very happy with it. Deciding to go with capacitor, you will thank yourself for it.. I got it hardwired into the car.. so not having a 'battery' isn't a problem..

Yup, sure did... it's the top right button (next to the power button) You pressed it and a lock key should appear on your screen to show the file being locked. AMAZING Dashcam... much better than the A118C that I used to have.. for those wanting to get a A118c, I high recommend you checking...

Hi, just got a G1W-C, so far so good. Anyway to manually lock a file? Say if I see someone go through a red light.. is there a button I can press to lock that file so it doesn't get over written like A118c?
