Dashcams supporting 128GB Micro SD cards

Happy to lower expectations, just thought that there would be quite a few cameras which would handle 128GB micro SD cards and all I would like to know is what would be the best one to use at night for my budget?

    WIFI Autoupload

Does the blackvue allow uploading to youtube/google/cloud? If so i think if i swap out my dashcam for one of those then that would be what i am after :)

    WIFI Autoupload

Considering that some dashcams are easily £200+ i wouldn't call a battery with pass through charging for less than £15 expensive. Infact it is probably the best thing i have got as it enables always on recording very easily and can be hidden away easily as well

    WIFI Autoupload

720p would probably be fine actually but even at 1080p and 16gb should upload overnight. Currently i have my dashcam hooked up to a 10k mah battery which lasts all day and recharges when i drive.....

    WIFI Autoupload

Something like 2 hours of 1080p per day would be fine and free to upload to google/youtube over night over any decent WIFI connection. There just seems like nothing still on the market which can do this? Also how does the blackvue upload work? Maybe if i left my tablet connected with power in...

    Wiring USB Switches

So I now have 2 x G1W type dashcams back to back in my car giving great coverage and they are attached to 2 external batteries which allow pass-through charging. My problem is that I have to keep unplugging and plugging back in the USB cables to the batteries when I want to record and they are...

    128GB memory card

Hi, Has anyone tried a 128GB memory card in their G1W or G1WH? Just looking to get more recording time out of mine and these are pretty cheap memory cards now. If not, what about a 64GB card? Sorry if this sounds silly but why do some cards work and some not work?

leave phone in the car as a dashcam? - android the best option?

Like I said I used my s4 as a dashcam almost every day for over a year with no battery issues. Maybe your S2 battery was on it's way out anyway as it's an old phone. yes FOV was not as wide but was good enough TBH. It was the same as what I could actually see when driving. I'll be using a spare...

leave phone in the car as a dashcam? - android the best option?

What is the typical FOV on a mobile? Is there any way to find out what it is? I've actually used the "Cam on road" app on my S4 for over a year like this and not had any problems yet, but I don't leave it in the car (only power and record when driving). I drive for 2 or 3 hours/day so that...

leave phone in the car as a dashcam? - android the best option?

Before the G1W I used my S4 for over 2 hours of continuous video each day and it's fine with no overheating or anything like that yet. I was thinking of taking the back cover off and using some heatsinks just incase.

leave phone in the car as a dashcam? - android the best option?

http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/dash-cam-android-comparison/ I use an app called "CAM ON ROAD" or "COR" and that is now able to auto start and stop recording with power to the phone. Also if you put it in a custom enclosure/hide it well (like you would a dashcam anyway) then it is no more likely...
