Having the same issue, after 3 months it stopped turning on automatically when power is applied, I tried various firmwares, hard-reseting, etc but that didn't help. It does record sporadically and then just quit. Going to return this POS.

The mount as pictured doesn't match the rendering that showed one USB port parallel to the camera and not two separate ports like the current mounts. Unless the factory just stuck the new camera in the old mount for the pictures.

Nice! Here's one I captured today- a boom-crane truck driver just barrelled over some traffic barrels and kept going even after one went into the wheel well, and I glanced back he kept on going knocking many of them down-- just wish I had a back-facing dash cam to show you that.

It appears to have been changed somewhat- notice the lack of the dual Micro USB ports on opposite sides- and the single port that runs parallel to the camera slot
