Well, I bought It from ebay and it arrived today. It does indeed work as an sos button but only records like 10 seconds before and after you press it. Also it was advertised as recording in .avi but actually records in .mov. Also, weirdly it records in "1080p". None of the models I have seen do...

I think I have this camera. Diferent box but whether the internals are the same or not im not sure. Its terrible at night. Switching to night mode only switches on 2 bright leds to the left and right of the lens. Ive never looked into switching on the 8 infra red leds as I was informed before...

I would use the sicker mounts because i have raised dots all around the rear view mirror so suction mounts will have to be applied underneath. It wouldnt fit discreetly behind the rear view but the dots I reckon will conceal most of it. Woukd alwsys take at least the front cam out if the quick...

Yes but would like to see it mounted onto windscreen, interested in knowing how close the lense is to the windscreen and how discreet it looks in that bracket while in, and how discreet the bracket looks o its own (I always take my cam out of the car with me)...

From what I can see on that (totally unreliable I know) product information theres a high chance they will be identical lenses but only time will tell. Some will think the disign is a step back but I quite like it...
