Toguard C200 Dashcam Review with Sample Footage

The Toguard C200 is a low budget dual dash camera that comes loaded up with a lot of interesting extras. First thing to mention is the use of super capacitors, making this a lot more safe than regular lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. Other goodies include hardwire fuse KIT and well thought...

the RC (radio control) and electric rideables thread

Just fineshd my review for another eBike. The ENGWE EP-2 PRO is a very high quality 20" fatbike that comes with a very affordable price. It boasts a high power planetary geared Xiongda 750W motor that produces copious amount of torque and it's being coupled with a fully programmable controller...

Here is my review for the ADO A20, overall a very good bike in this price range. It comes with some very good features and the dynamic performance is really nice for a 36V system, off course after you unlock and tweak it. In the video review I'm addressing all the pros and cons that I could find...

When you buy the bike it comes limited to 25km/h, while the power is also limited to around 250W. The problem is that it has written "500W" on the motor and also has a twist throttle. The throttle can also be locked from the settings and disabled.

Putting both the bike and me to some proper work. What it supposed to be a relaxed stroll through the nature ended up as an extreme ride through forests, mud, eroded roads, creeks, through wilderness, going very steep hills and last but not least chased by lots of dogs! Overall the trip was...

the RC (radio control) and electric rideables thread

Ever heard of B-Unstoppable? It was the first tank drone ever built, although it hasn't quite hit the market and the design was quickly copied by a China toy maker and sold as another model. Years have passed and initial inventor and designer not only patented his project but has updated the...

GoPro Remote Firmware Upgrade (Hero8, Hero9, MAX)

GoPro has silently lunched a firmware update for the newer released remote that is compatible with the Hero 9, Hero 8 and MAX. The firmware version is v1.2.0 as is dated to 23.03.2021, it should bring some general improvements. Sadly it seems that if you already have the v1.2.0 it can't be...

Some time ago i did a full series of how to convert a normal MTB to an electric MTB with the help of a 1000W gearless KIT that i have found very cheap. So here is the follow-up final test and full review review. I can say that I was truly impressed by the quality and features, also it has one of...

That would be nice on my bike / eScooter There is the LG MJ1 rated for 3500mAh, but it's not so great when it comes to life span. Actually the Hero 9 is a lot more bigger and heavier than the Hero 9, the battery capacity went up from 1220mAh (Hero 8) to 1720mAh (Hero 9).

With the latest Hero 9 users quick fund out that their trusty GoPro remote that was working fine on previous models it is no longer compatible. Well, it's also "winter" now in my area, although we no longer have the winters that we did 10-15 years ago, barely seen 2-3cm of snow that melted right away. Mostly cloudy, dark and rainy...Wishing this summer with all the pandemic to be able to travel again... we'll see.

Well I could say that the Hero 8 (and the 9) are getting close to my 2 year old Xiaomi Mi 8 phone when it comes to pictures, but you have some other missing features such as focus, zoom, macro which none are possible on an action camera with fixed lens.

GoPro 8 & 9 have h265/HEVC, they will do 240fps in 1080p and 120fps in 2.7K. The 9 has great stabilization especially with "horizon lock" up to 4K and you get ~ +/-45° tilt stabilization, or even better with MAX lens mod & horizon lock up to 2.7K - for which you can rotate the camera around 365°...
