Are you sure that video is freezing or just your pc/monitor cannot play the 60fps video? This is a common issue. Sd card seems fine. Try to reformat it(fat32) and shot another video. Also if you have an HD capable playing smartphone, try to play the video in that device and see if it still freezes.
