Ok thank you. Is SG9663DR still being manufactured or not? or has it been stopped or have some components gone EOL? Seems to have disappeared from the AU website store (click buy and get 404) but is still showing on the US site. With Rick gone, what is the future for SG?

I realise Rick is sadly gone... but are there any firmware updates on the way for this unit? I have v1.12 but that was released way back in September 2020.

I will check the earthing just to be absolutely certain it's not that. What is the current theory? because this sounds electrical and not software related?

I'm already using Fuse 21 (Mobile Phone 7.5A). For ACC, your tech is suggesting either of the 2 x 20A 12V power sockets, which can't be too dissimilar to Fuse 14 (Mobile Office) which I'm using. What do you expect to occur by changing the ACC fuse from one to the other?

No, nothing stuck, all buttons appear ok. Today I checked it again, it's not doing it, yesterday it would do it repeatedly and has done it quite a lot in the past.

I have set Auto Restart to 1 minute just to start with. Interestingly, it started to behave fine straight after changing it. So I changed it back to OFF but didn't start to misbehave.

Auto Restart = OFF (btw, what is this really doing? the manual isn't crystal clear).

I tried the android app for the first time. The wifi to the camera is not very reliable, the app often says device disconnected or something to that effect. When it does work, I try to play any video but when I tap on the video, nothing happens.
