New version of BlackVue Viewer has Picture-in-picture feature which takes a lot of resources, so we force to switch of Aero theme to speed things up.

Features are same in Korean and English firmware, but Voice Guide and Preferences (accessed via BlackVue Viewer) are entirely in Korean.

New BlackVue DR550GW-2CH has reduced 137° diagonal angle

It is a light version without Wi-Fi and GPS. All other features are same with DR500GW-HD.

We are well aware of your pains. We'd love to let you all just download English firmware, but it would infuriate our overseas distributors. But not doing this, makes angry you, our customers. We are trying to work it out now.
