I live in North Carolina and was a police officer here for a long time. In NC you do not have to notify another person or officer you are recording them, as long as you are apart of the conversation. Furthermore, if you’re recording a phone call...as long as they are in NC you don’t have to...

Yes, so that means the lens will be level with the ground if I put it on a side window and I can film straight out the side...
