Blackvue doesn't support Windows 10, so it's either Phone, Pad or Cloud. John

It's usually on the reverse of the fuse box cover. Or try google.

Have you tried the 4-way-flashers?

Have you tried tracing your PMP from the fuse box end? I've seen posts where users of other Blackvue cams have said that the flashing security light in their car was causing the cam to record all the time. John

Did you go via the UK Dealer in Lanark?

I don't know about your particular car, but I used a fuse with ign on it. For my permanent fuse I used the Emergency lights. 2/3A will be enough for your taps.

Hi Athers The UK distributer is a company in Lanark. Send them an email to try to sort your problem, as I found them very helpful in the past - derek@nwxgroup.com. Be careful which SD cards you use. There are plenty of posts that suggest which are the better cards. Regards John

Have you wired direct to the battery, or gone via your fuse box? What size fuses are you using and have you checked them? It seems like a power supply problem to your PMP.

Be very careful when plugging in your new coax cable, as the pins in the cable are very flimsy. If you don't plug it in exactly centre, it can bend to the side and damage the socket in the cam. As I found out. Also, the newer cables come with a straight and an "L" shaped plug. The "L" is for...

They do get very hot, even here in Lincolnshire. They'll get even hotter if you leave the plastic on.

The coax that you got with the cam should have been enough, unless the shop changed it. If you google Blackvue coax cable you'll get plenty of results. Mine came with the 6m cable.
