I thought about that, but wasn't sure if I could go back, or downgrade, to the v2.005 firmware. At leas this way, I can compare apples to apples; ie., both cards on the same firmware. I can rule out either the cards or the firmware this way.

I got a 64GB Class 10 Sandisk Ultra. I haven't tried the BlackVue 16GB card, as I wanted to extra storage. Like I said, though, this only started happening after I upgraded the firmware. I had no problem with this same card under the previous firmware.

You may be right with the interference thing. I put it directly below the housing for the rear-view window, but I have both rain and light sensors and what not there. This pic shows what I mean. The nice thing is that mounted there, I don't even see it while I drive - no visual obstruction.

Aloha Ralph2, I think that's more a function of your screen's resolution than anything else. I have a 27" iMac running a resolution of 2560x1440. When I used the BlackVue Viewer and ran the video full screen, it was at 133.5%.
