Time and Date is off again :( any thoughts on how to fix this?

Sorry no pictures yet but I have it installed and just like all the other videos it really helps make the dashboard disappear. Very nice thanks to shapeways, I ordered the clip on model worked like a charm.

Thanks Hillbilly, I think I need to lower the movement "motion" sensitivity as right now the camera picks things up that are moving in my parking garage.

do you got this all up and running? I am considering ordering the filter and the printed adapters. I have quite the dashboard glare in my mustang. Was thinking about trying a dashmat first.

I installed firmware 2.002 on a fat32 freshly formatted 32gb card (using the software posted) and it looks like the card will hold more now. I had an hour worth of videos and still had 22gb free. Will check again in a few days i might be fine wth 32gb but sure 64gb will resolve my space issues...

Update. Firmware 2.002 seems to have fixed the date issue for me!!!!

So I pulled the SD card from the unit today and viewed it on a PC using the blackview 2.22 sofware and confirmed I am using 2.001-550GW-E Frimware. I looked at the GPS (mapview) and it has me in the right location but the time/date is off. I have the timezone set to America/los angeles-pacific...

can you just format the card with the 550? Also, does anyone know when you format the card does it erase the current config? I am assuming that it does. I have a 32GB card in my unit now but I need to put in a larger card Right now I have my car parked in a parking garage and I am using...

I don't mind buying the 0803 if all the firmware issues are resolved...i really like the 0801 when it works ;)

I guess I can try turning the "sound" off. Seems like it will just be easier to get the 0803 is it is stable.

Quick update. I don't get the IO Card Error anymore but now it seems to lock up with a "Recover movie" yes / no prompt and it won't let me select either. Guess I'll try a previous firmware.

I just put 20140308 on my 801 (no internal w/GPS) I was having the "IO Card Error" issue a lot with my Samsung Class 6 32GB card and sometimes on a SanDisk Class 10 32GB card. Now that I got the update I'll put the Class 6 card in and run it for a few days and see if I have any IO Card errors...
