I might have the same issue. Mine SJ& gets too hot to touch even on 1080/60.

Date and time only reset after the battery has been out for a while. I remove the battery when using as dashcam, the date/time reset after the car has not been driven for a couple of days.

When using the SJ7 as dashcam without battery tghe date always start at 08/01/2016. Looks like it need the battery to preserve the correct date and time.

My battery is swollen. Can SJCAM procude a capacitor battery for the SJ7?

We should be able to select FOV or EIS but not both. 8. Re-adds FOV function - Exceptions: 1080P30fps, 1080P60fps not supported due to conflict with EIS.

That's deep, lot of information but no facts. So what do they need to add to the firmware? mic quality? so that they can listen better. Facts would help.
