I have found that my DR650S-2ch will basically record full time in Parking mode....as there is always some little thing moving somewhere.....Birds, clouds, etc etc.... I have just shut off the sensitivity (0)..... Hopefully BV will fix this sensitivity issue soon..!!

I agree with Hillbilly...!! I get 12-15 hrs without an issue.... Actually, mine has never shut down overnite.....Your battery must be marginal..?? I use the PMP also.

Hey Raf...!! I had an issue like you when in parking mode......It would shut off after a while...... PMP was no good..... (I have a DR650S-2CH)..... Got a new PMP and runs well..... I found that mine likes to be......1=dwn, 234=up, 5=dwn.....!! Good luck

Hey BlackVue.... Any improvement to your software that will let us use the "movement sensitivity" while in Parking Mode....?? It is totally useless as it is now....!! Every leaf movement or slow slithering worm on the driveway sets it off..... PLEASE reduce the sensitivity of this thing to...

I found that the motion sensitivity had to be turned off or the damn camera will stay on with every leaf movement, etc.... you will only get a few hours and the PMP will cut power..... Gotta get the right setting on the PMP so it shuts off at 12V.... If you can't ... send it back...it's FUBAR

My BlackVue 650S has worked flawlessly, except for over-sensitive motion detection. I bought it over a year ago.... Great quality video..!! No real issues other then a bad Magic Pro, which was replaced.... +++ for BlackVue...!!

OK, "rotating" (just twisting it) the rear camera put me in England.... Damn, I was driving a right hand drive... hehe To get proper video, you must remove the camera and re-insert it the other way....!! You get good inside the truck video, but anything out the windshield was not useful...

While viewing other vids from my camera, I saw "rotate rear camera 180 deg." and that got me thinking...!! If I turn the camera to point forward, the video will be upside down....Therefore, the option in the viewer to Rotate it 180... makes sense, I guess.... I'm gonna try that to see how it...

Guys... the switch on the PMP is to turn on or off the parking mode ONLY... That is not an ON/OFF switch for the PMP....!! When in the "ON" position, it uses constant power to give you parking mode.....(with the key off).... When in the "OFF" position it will shut down with the key.... and...

I made it out to B.C. and back...8,000 kms +.... Cam worked nice... Good quality video.... BUT that damn motion detection in parking mode is a Pain in the Ass.... I taped every chipmuck and worm that the truck saw on the way out and back... Come on Blackvue... fix this please..!!

My new 650S does exactly the same thing..... moves up and down just like yours.... I was heading on an 8,000 KM trip, so I just jammed a sharpened toothpick in between the camera and mount..... Worked for me, but pretty sloppy QC from BlackVue....!!
