    Samsung 128gb SD card

it's a non plus model so it's slow, my experience is that large 128+ are slow in speed as well (read and wright) so your mileage may vary in how it works in a dash cam. BTW I am getting that card too, but for something else. some good fry deals...

HDR will be added on A119

Here is what my speculation is on this subject. I am no means an expert but more what I have picked up. Questions; 1. @viofo, how does the HDR work on the A119? 2. What are the pertinent settings for HDR and why? 3. Does HDR work best on 60 fps or 30 fps or does it matter? 4. What kind...

Longest operating dashcam... life of the camera... talk to me!

This is so very true. I work in the Enterprise Server and Storage sector and most all raid arrays use batteries for backing up cache data. units that don't get used drain the battery to a point they will not charge and just fail over a long time of no use. Batteries are ware items that will fail...

why was möbius 2 a flop?

I think Techmoan is for the most part spot on with his reviews, but saying that he is one out of a sea of people that review dash cams. case and point. when he reviewed the A119 he was somewhat critical about how the GPS module fit on the dash cam and pointed that it was a point of fail. and...

An interesting piece on the 'Hit & Miss' of Micro-SD cards

I would think if some dash cam did this it would not be around to long. as people will get wind of it and avoid the proprietary piece of junk.
