What's the difference to 50hz and 60hz?

on the PC viewer, you can set the video quality to three different settings. It's on high, but you can set it to highest. What is the difference between the 3 quality settings?

Wifi settings updated with a new micro SD card.

Okay, looks like the new SD card resolved that issue. I now see recordings for both front and rear. Thanks for the help
