I am completely aware of that and that is the reason that I have not purchased and will not purchase (at least unless they change that) a Blackvue camera for the parking mode.

My issue with the Blackvue parking mode isn't the sensitivity of the G-sensor but the fact that the G-sensor is used to switch between driving and parking mode instead of an ACC input.

Another related feature that would be nice is automatic DST offset. Like something where you could set the start and end dates for DST and have it automatically change time instead of having to manually change the timezone offset every time.

There's no reason why the accelerometer should need to be enabled for automatic video locking to use it to decide whether or not to record at all. Those should be separate functionalities.
