It does but it is a different mac than the cloud mac. I was able to get the info from building management, thanks for all the replies.- beyondthismorning

Hi all - Does anyone know how to procure the MAC address (that the camera uses to connect to the cloud)? We have municipal wifi but they need the MAC address to allow the camera to connect. Thanks in advance for any assistance!- beyondthismorning
