I'm surprised it only lasted two years, particularly since it's a high endurance card and I don't drive every day (I take a bus to work). It's still within SanDisk's two year warranty period (by two months) so I'm going to try RMA it. Will let you know what they say.

@jokiin Did you apply the registry tweak from the original post? You do still need to do that. Google Maps is working fine for me I think some of the other maps (eg. Leaflet) have always had errors, at least since I started using the app a few months ago.
