My 1100XL did when i first powered it up to run through the settings etc etc .

Try it connected to normal 12v & not the hardwired way . Or external usb power bank . Check settings to see power on options but it should start from usb external power bank .If that works then it is an issue with the hardwire kit or connection to cars fuse box. An Auto electrician is your friend.

I presume that installing this lens the image is better than a C1 on Mobius 1 ? And the set up would be easier on the 4K maxi with wi fi to check focus ? The technical details & instructions i will Google .

HI , can you mount this camera upside down & reverse the video ? I have a mounting solution for nmy car but i may have to put in in upside down . Before i buy .
