solved. i unplug and reattach the rear cable and it works again

this did solve the problem. sd card issue. i have since replaced 2. now i have another issue. i formatted the sd card using the unit. now it fails to initialize and this keeps repeating. i tried formatting using the PC and still it fails to initialize. what is the problem ?
