    sgzc12rc video too sharp ?

Personally, those still images look really nice to me. The first one is taken almost pointing to the sun and the image of the cars is not darkened at all while the clouds are not overexposed; seems a nice job of the backlight compensation / high dynamic range. Also other pictures with license...

Are there any 2 channel dash cam with both lenses remote

Yes, the data rate is another important factor to keep in mind. My Mini 0801 goes from about 9Mbps at night up to 12-13Mbps for daylight recordings in 1080p. The F70/i1000 is about 7Mbps during day and, even at 720p, looks a bit poor. Thanks Niko, and all the best for your new activity!! fez

Are there any 2 channel dash cam with both lenses remote

I was looking for a couple of new cams on JooVuu and while loking for info on the IRO D50 (a rearview mirror dual cam) I stumbled into the IRO website and found this interesting: the IRO D36... What is the diff between H198a and dvr027

I have a noname DVR which looks like a 027 but records only at 640x480, even if it states 1280x720. When I opened it, it showed a ZH-198A on the main board, ZH-198C on the image sensor board. So most probably yours is like mine. I paid it about 25$ too. Not too bad during day but way too dark...

    Polarizing Filter on Dashcams

There are some interesting talks here: Polarizing Lens for F900LHD (viewtopic.php?f=7&t=46&p=317&hilit=polarizer#p317) I've currently ripped one lens from cheap 3D movie glasses but not prepared a true barrel to be placed in front of my dashcam yet. Anyway a manual try did give me a noticeable...

    Screen capture quality

If you use Videolan VLC as a video player there is a specific command: while video is playing you can pause it and click "Video" then the last entry is "Take snapshot". Images are stored (at the video original resolution) in a directory. You can define the directory going in the "Tools" ->...

Dual Separate Lens HD 720P Car DVR Dashboard vehicle Camera

Re: Dual Separate Lens HD 720P Car DVR Dashboard vehicle Cam It would be easy and simple if the manufacturer implemented in the firmware an option to allow vertical and horzontal flip. Then it could fit everyone's need! Fez

    NEW V2000GS FAIL with video!!

Wow, it looks like your video went through a cycle of multiple post-processing psychedelic video filters!! What were you smoking in your car?  Would have I been the seller, well... it would me think to a joke rather than a real malfunctioning cam. It seems that the...

Where did you mount the camera? Post your pictures

Hi Suparoo, excellent work! The Cam is almost invisible! Just an off-topic question: I've noticed in your pictures that you have covered with a black rectangle a sort of multicolor barcode on your windshield. Is it something typical of Australian cars/laws? Thanks, fez

Camera with separate DVR for security.

Well, after playing with my cheap little gadget (which introduced me in this interesting world of Dash Cams ... :) ) I am getting to understand better my needs and how thay cannot be satisfied by a single "do it all" camera. I would like: 1) a serious wide angle front camera for catching...

Hands on the Livue LB100. $100 korean 720p dashcam

Hi Mtz! I've been reading the Forum for a while and you posts are always very interesting. With you past experience with the Itronics being controlled and set up via Wifi, don't you feel that this way of managing the Livue/Winy by repeatedly putting in and out the MicroSD card is a little bit...
