WiFi is basically useless for the purpose of downloading or reviewing footage. It takes approximately 30 minutes to download a 2 minute clip to my android phone. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

It's hard to believe that tiny radio signals are interfering. We live in a world FULL of radio signals! There's no way your remote starter or car alarm are the culprits. The fob in your pocket is the only transmitter in this scenario, and you're not pressing it while you're driving.

Mine did the same thing with the Class 10 64gb Sandisk card. Problem solved when I went with the Class 10 64gb Transcend card. It SUCKS that I had to buy a new card, but I use the Sandisk card in my phone now.

It's ridiculous they updated the wifi on the 650 but not the 600. Other than the black enclosure, there is not much improved over the 500.

I have an android phone and file transfer is VERY slow.

Download the firmware using a computer (not iphone). Decompress to BlackVue folder Write the whole folder to the MicroSD card Insert the MicroSD card into the camera You will hear a notification that the firmware is being updates and you shouldn't disconnect the power. Viola

My dr600 does get a little warm but it has not caused any problems.
