brake check

A lady brake checked me and caused me to rear end her car. I have dash cam video showing the first brake check, before crossing an intersection. Following that, we were going 20mph, maybe, and she did it again and then stood on the brakes...almost as if a child was in the road or something but...

Would you submit footage over a brake check? Scenario: slow driver in the fast lane. Nobody ahead of the car in front of you. And driver brake checks you. Distance of me behind the driver would be debatable considering the wider angle of the camera. I don't think I would've been ticketed for...

Just some general morons driving out and about -- from people braking down to 20mph off a 60mph merge lane to people who just can't seem to grasp how parking lots work. :)
