use of display while driving

I have a discussion with the dash cam dealer. He find use of t live view from the rear dash cam dangerous. I disagree, I have a pretty big screen, 4 inch from a Lukas LK 9750 DUO. The image on the screen i mirrored, so it simply function as a second rearview mirror. I do not find it dangerous...
