0806 won't record Please help

Please HELP!

I have a new 0806 camera installed and working.
When I start the engine and power goes to the camera, the camera is not going directly to record mode.
What I get is the screen that says:

FIREWARE UPDATE?

YES NO

Every time I start the car I have to select NO, then the camera goes in to standby and I have to push the middle button one more time to start the record mode.

What am I doing wrong?

I have the latest firmware install too!

Anyone Please help!

Jim Z, How is the Mini 0806's video quality? Any other user comments? Am considering as a dedicated dashcam for my sports car. The small form factor is appealing to essentially hide behind the rearview mirror.
