I'm having problem with my xiaoyi, is it happening to all of us or just me.. I noticed when I go into 1080p 60fps the image tends to be a bit blurry compared to 30fps on the same resolution. Is it a bug or what? Or is it the infamous Out of Focus issue?
The video in general looks "washed out" in Yi camera, regardless of fps... I think there is too much noise reduction going on. I wonder if this could possibly be fixed with an autoexec hack...
I don't like this explanation because I shot video in very bright sunny day 1080p/60fps and video is blurry. Noise reduction should not be used.
Left image is 100% crop of 1080p/60fps/30Mbps video, right - 1080p/30fps/25Mbps, modified FW 1.1.0
30fps crop more detailed.
I also suppose that explanation is not correct. I'm 99% sure 1080p60 frame is upscaled (interpolated) in horizontal dimention from smaller size (Sony claims there is 1536×1152 60fps mode for IMX206 sensor).
