Need a little information on what you want the camera to do. Do you want to use parking mode?

You just need to set a parking mode under the "Parking Mode" option in the menu (I think it's one of the first options)

How are you hardwiring the dashcam? Are you using the HK3 kit?

yes I bought the 3 wire hard kits from viofo already wired in

Boot delay is if you have an issue with the camera not starting reliably due to the nuances of a particular vehicles electronics. It's mostly diesels that need it. Leave if off, unless you experience an issue.

Best is to read the manual. For sure there is a manual in english, other people are not so lucky.
