12v uninterruptible power supply to power dash cams

Hello, is it safe and will it work to use a 12v uninterruptible power supply such as this one:

I was thinking I might try to wire this to get ACC input from the car. Then output it to the dash cam using the male/female cigarette plugs which will convert it to the 5v2a.

Should be safe as long as you don't put it in the sunshine, and you don't charge it if the temperature is below freezing.

However it will only give around 10 hours recording with most cameras and will probably take about 3 hours to fully charge, might be even longer to charge since there is no reason for a UPS to be in a hurry to charge. So after a half hour drive you are likely to only get 2 or 3 hours recording.
