320xr rear camera

Hi all, just installed a new 320xr with rear camera, issue i have is the rear image keep randomly going purple. Ive cleaned all contacts and made secure but it still does it without any real pattern. I raised a ticket with Nextbase 3 days ago no reply.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your rear camera. If you've cleaned the connectors and ensured the connector 30cm from the rear camera is fully inserted, then it may be a faulty cable.
