at the price, not possible, will just be one of the generic copies, more ill researched product from Kogan, he's great at marketing, not so great at product
 
He does have a stronger buying power than the eBay seller so wouldnt be suprised if it is. Will wait and see once someone purchases and makes a comparison on video quality.
Or it is the DVR 007

That's no DVR-207

you can buy cameras at this spec for USD $10, you get what you pay for
