412 GW UPDATE PROBLEM

My 412GW (firmware version 9.5) will not update to the latest version. Removed micro SD card, formatted, downloaded update onto pc and then installed onto micro sd card. Inserted card back into dash cam (whilst switched off) and plugged the thing back into it's power source in the car. Still showing as version 9.5 ........despite several attempts ALL to the letter, HELP !!!!!

Maybe worth getting a small pin & re setting the actual dash cam itself perhaps?
