Hi, I recently updated 412GW firmware to R12.4. I prefer the original firmware. Is it the same procedure as the update but with original firmware?
And does anyone have a copy?

Send an email to support@nextbase.co.uk and say you want the R9.5 Firmware file and Tiffany from nextbase should be able to help you out.

When I reverted back I put the firmware file onto an empty sd card popped it into my 412gw and nothing happened even though I had it switched off then powered up my 412gw via usb cable on wall socket. The screen was blank for few mins so decided to turn it on myself and the 412gw actually reset itself so I checked the firmware and it had downloaded. Normally you see writing on the dashcam saying firmware updating don’t remove cable etc but I didn’t have any of that funnily enough.
