422GW not connecting to App

Hi,

My 422GW won't connect to my iPhone. I have followed all instructions but my iPhone says Connection unsuccessful and says to forget device on each occasion on connecting.

Can anybody help?

Hello,

The easiest thing that you can try is:
On your iPhone, go into Settings- MyNextbase- Location- Ensure this is set to 'Always'. The re-start the phone and camera.
