Hi Everyone,
I recently purchased a Nextbase 422GW. I have the dashcam hardwired into my car on an line that is only live when the ignition is on. I have used this on other dashcams without fail.
However, when I turn the ignition off, the 422GW shows it is no longer getting power as the blue led is no longer showing but does not turn off.
I have tested the line with a multimeter to be sure and it confirms the hardwire is fine.
Is there a setting I am missing? I have tired "Auto Power Off" both on and off but alas to no avail.
Any suggestions appreciated, thanks!
Note: I am using the magnetic mount with the rear view "ball" type camera.
