Hi all

Not getting a blue light on the cam when on the hard wire kit and when unplugged switches straight off could this be just a u/s battery or sign of more terminal issues

Hello Kev,

The blue light would indicate that the battery is charging- as this cannot be seen it's likely to be an issue with the hard wire kit. Have you tried powering the dashcam using the USB cable or cigarette lighter 12V cable instead please? Do you then see the blue LED illuminated?
