522GW feeezing

Hi, for the last month my 522GW keeps freezing when starting my car on about 12 seconds. This is hardwired with a rear cam. I so however remove the dashcam when I get out of the car. When I get in, I slot it on the mount, plug in the rear then start my engine. It works for about 10-12 seconds then freezes. Sometimes I stop unplug both, plug back in and it’s ok. Sometimes not. This is driving me insane. Anybody know how to fix this??! I take it out when parked to prevent theft, a lot of cams get stolen in the city I live in.

Thanks, will try that. What do I do if it is the rear cam which I suspect it is. It seems to go wrong when this is plugged in. It’s annoying me now!

Once you work it out if it is the rear camera best to talk to the reseller you bought it from about warranty
