Hello, some time ago I bought a 70mai a510 camera, it is for the Chinese market and therefore the application needs to be in Chinese and everything is in Chinese, I saw in other cameras that it is possible to upload the software to English, does anyone have access to such files or would I be interested? able to help how to do it?

Greetings. Yes, it was possible to do this on previous models, but not in this model. There is no way to change the Chinese version to the international version. Yes, there is firmware for the international version, but this will lock the device if you install it on the Chinese version.

I think even with the older versions you also had to load a boot loader before loading the new / other firmware.
It is a bit funny 70mai have this regime, where other just seem to have 1 model that fit all.

70mai predominantly from my understanding caters to it's home market of China, hence the localisation of models is probably designated to either the CN or global models.
Smartphone manufacturers do the same with their ROMs for global and CN, for example Xiaomi. Makes sense from a business perspective, but can leave others out in the cold that purchase the 70mai model from Chinese retailers e.g. AliExpress -- if they're getting the CN model and not global.
I know I sound blaise, but it is what it is unfortunately. One of these things a customer has to navigate :/

Hi do you have firmware of A510 before version 1.2.56ww for global/international version ? Due my dashcam have bugs for broadcast language, i was setup it in Bahasa Indonesia, but once announce there is happen while parking mode, it will speak other language, i think spanish or portugues, but if change to english it will normal. tks in advance

Is the sound normal in firmware 1.0.40ww now? Can you show it on the video?

1. 9 months complaint and awaiting it
2. 4 times firmware updated
3. Hopeless and think to sell this my dashcam, 🙂
