808 #16 VS Mobius

Well it look like my old 808 #16 died. It gets extremely hot and it started to act strangely.

Now that the new 808 #16 V3 has autorecord, what are the advantages of the Mobius over it? I find it hard to justify the extra cost of the Mobius VS the 808 #16.

The only thing I see is the resolution... but 720p is more than enough.

Which one would be the best bang for the buck?
 
The resolution would be enough for me for $20 extra bucks and how important it can be to capture plate numbers. Also consider a few extra dash cam features such as Motion Detect and the ability to lock a file, plus the continued development of the Mobius and I think it's worth the extra money. We know more adjustments are coming in the next round of firmware.

The ultimate answer is based on your needs. If you were completely happy with the 808 minus autostart then go for it.
