A bunch of my own dash cam videos......

This is the only rear cam setup I've seen with this cam so far, so I'm definitely interested in seeing more of that :) Getting vid stutter on mine too, but I need to try some more vid player platforms. Can't comment on editing software for .ts file format but I do like it's fail-safe last file saving capability. I've got a cam with bad caps or a bad charge circuit but it's still usable with .ts where it wouldn't be using MPEG or anything else ;) Not too bad for an economy true 4K cam but doesn't compare to the better and more expensive 4K cams such a Viofo. You don't get what you don't pay for with anything, dashcams included :cautious:

I don't know if you have noticed some occasional stutter in the B4k clip, particularly noticeable when you turn in to the parking lot. It's happening at about a second interval. Don't know if that kind of thing is anything that concerns you but I wouldn't like to se that on mine. The footage from the mini seems to play nice and smoothly.
I had that stutter until I updated the firmware, since then it has been OK, not perfect, but certainly not a regular annoying stutter, so hopefully it will get sorted soon. It does seem good value to me, like Sawmaster said, it is no Viofo A129 Pro, but it is not trying to be, it is closer to a Viofo A119 V3, but even that is a difficult comparison, they are different resolutions, have different amounts of motion blur, different features, etc. For video quality, I sort of prefer the Blueskysea B2K, but again, a very different camera with a different resolution and feature set.

Here's a clip from Tuesday when Waze reported that Police was up ahead.

I moved over to the middle lane and slowed down while a speeding Lexus flew past me.

The cop was there, but luckily neither of us were pulled over

Note: This comparison was done prior to the latest firmware update for the B4K

The TS files from the B4K needed to be converted to MP4's using HandBrake in order for me to use my editing software, which takes about 15 minutes per 5 minute file

It have been snowing here all day, but i will have to drive 100 KM or so to the south to get anything of it under my wheels, my town are just grey cold and generally all too Danish. :sneaky:

I flashed my lights to let this lady in a Durango in front of me at the drive thru and in return she paid for my meal

That is a bit too active for beggars here, but downtown you will find them sitting on the ground maybe with a sign.
Most of them are not Danish or living here, they get ferried up here by the bus load not least in the summer, they then camp out in parks - forests - on beaches and any larger area of bushes.
And the begging part, thats really just the least of the problems that accompany them.

It was so bad at one time the creeps ( politicians ) rushed thru a new beggar law, which of course have hit Danish poor people harder than the intended targets.

Thursday night on the way home from work, there was a ton of traffic on our usual route, so we took a detour to Ocean Parkway
At a stop light, a couple of idiots pulled up and tried to beat me to the next light in which we had to turn.
They both ended up running it
Then a few minutes later on the Belt, another idiot decides to cut in front of me from the left lane in a last second decision to make an exit.
I blasted him with the horns, but he didn't even flinch.
Maybe it's time for an upgrade lol

While checking out some houses by the water, we drove past a group walking down the side of the road trying to get people to blow their horns (pretty sure they were drunk).

On our way out, we gave them a taste of the train horns

Be careful what you wish for ;)

So I'm driving home on the Southern State moving along at a good clip in the left lane when traffic suddenly came to a halt.

I managed to stop in time, but had a bit of a pucker moment staring at my rear view mirror cause I thought for sure I'd get rear ended.

The traffic was due to some idiot in a box truck being escorted under a low overpass (Commercial Traffic not allowed on this Roadway).

It wasn't until after reviewing the footage that I realized there was a multi-car wreck just to the right of me.

Make me remember a day in 1993 or something, i was driving home from work on a Saturday afternoon.
Driving on the motorway ( then 110 kmh ) i was of course doing +200 kmh CUZ i was a idiot, anyway just before the motorway ended at my town there was a slight bend to the right, and trees was lining the road on the right too so no way of overlooking the bend.
So i came barreling along in the left most lane, and then saw all lanes ahead og me full of stopped vehicles, so i dropped the anchor, realized there was not enough room, got off the brake changed to the right lane and dropped the anchor, only to realize i still did not have enough room to stop, so again i got off the brake and changed to the EMG lane, where i finally managed to come to a stop.

It was a solely visual experience for me as i had a pretty substantial stereo going really loud, so did not even hear myself totally flat spotting my tires, that i only found out going to work on Sunday cuz then my car had vibrations at certain speeds.

One thing is for sure, if i win the lottery i better not buy a BMW or another high performance car, i fear that level of idiot are still within me, but fortunately my dream cars are also anything but fast.

Here's tonight's Easter surprise

Was on my way home from Dollar Tree when some girl trying to make a left across oncoming traffic got nailed by an SUV

I made a quick U-turn to check for injuries, but they were all ok yelling at eachother, so I just headed home.

Unfortunately, it happened just out of frame, which is why I'd like to add a decent 360* camera

...Unfortunately, it happened just out of frame,...
Looks like you got just enough of the event to show she was crossing in front of oncoming traffic. Video is likely adequate to show fault if necessary.

Yep, the event is visible. The problem with 360 cams is like your cabin cam, they're not going to 'see' well through the windows at a distance. You really need side cams for good side coverage ;)

Here's a comparison video between my B2W and Insta360 One X

If it only had loop recording, I'd run it constantly

Anyone know of a decent 360* dash or action cam with this type of quality and loop recording?
