A problem with my viewing page.

I have a Thinkware x550 dash cam, when I attempt to view the images on my Apple Mac Pro that I have recorded the viewing page of the product does not have a file pulldown option (as directed in the instructions) that allows me to select the file to view. any ideas why not.
