A119 as a rear cam in Auris TSH with Cellink B questions

Hi,

I have a Toyota Auris Touring Sport Hybrid (Estate).

I'm planning to get two A119 V2 (one in the front and one in the rear) with Cellink B.

1. Do I get all the cables necessary to rear mount one of the A119 or do I need to buy extra?
2. Has anyone rear mounted an A119 in an Auris TSH and how have you done it?
3. Where do people put their Cellink B in an Auris TSH?
4. To extend the time, I could put 2 Cellink Bs in the Auris TSH, where could the second one go?
