Here are some A119 MINI raw video samples I recorded the other day in south Floirda here, I thought I'd share.

HDR Off is 2560x1440, however HDR On is 2560x1080. Is this a FW limitation, or just a settings difference between cameras?

The 2560x1080 footage looks stretched in width - it is not just a crop from 2560x1440.

I'm not seeing much benefit of HDR at dusk or at night, apart from a small reduction in blown highlights. You can tell red from green lights much easier. Some number plates are better, some are worse.
