Great street view using 7Lf, the daytime footage suggests improvement so asking you and others to try Sharp190 , no other DashCam model ever had to use such extreme values. //correction: A119Pro default sharp is 196//
The night clip is missing, you linked same file twice, drink more coffee, it improves error correction.

Thanks for quick test, Edge158 increases low light graininess, possible too much very close to IQ limit, need more footage to compare.

that was a quick test right after the sunset in a "low light conditions" with the beam lights on / off.

7Le has better DOF, look at the sharpness of more distant cars/objects which is worse with 7Lf.
Still good vid improvement over stock firmware.

Created new A119Pro - Beta versions 7Lh , 7Lg
These MODs are the extreme end of Sharpness anything more approaches VIOFO stock values which we're attempting to avoid.
The increased Edge Detection 158 value may reduce quality in low light conditions by introducing too much graininess.
Once we all review test footage can finally select 3 Sharpness levels for Low / Medium / High.
Will then create STABLE 25Mbps & 27Mbps versions for Public use, later apply them to VIOFO's Sharpness MENU firmware.

Good cloudy day comparison of Sharp180-190. Based on this Sharp180+Edge158 alone looks acceptable for High level, but other footage shows more halo. The CPL is filtering out too much light, very dim, not easy to see halo on 190 but its there. Need some day and night footage without CPL.
A119Pro doesn't have different F1.8 Lens versions does it? Like the A119S with 2 or 3 different F1.6 Lenses. Each IQ combination will look different on each Lens, hope this isn't happening between Beta Tester DVRs. Complicates adjustments and accurate comparisons.

The A119Pro in mountain shadow is auto adjusting with bright sky making unreal shades on road and buildings, the Hue value adds to the blue effect. Once out of shadow all colors are fine. Will compare this footage against earlier recordings and check the shadow color tone. Increased Hue and Saturation to higher values to find maximum acceptable limit, you just noticed one, good eye!

Very Good clear 7Lf Sharp180+Edge158+Hue146+Sat36 footage, it actually surprises me its not worse, halo isn't visible on wires so not extreme and acceptable elsewhere even on plates. I didn't expect this result since goal was push the halo limit and there isn't much visible. Must compare more footage. Hue146 + Sat36 could be lower.

Amazing difference in full sun without CPL, also didn't expect no halo using 7Lh with extreme values Sharp190+Edge158, require some confirmation its not just your A119P Lens and sensor that can handle these values. Its possible Sharp190 is outside the valid value range and is actually using 180, halo effect should appear in full sun and low light. what is your opinion?

Very good rainy night 7Lg Sharp180+Edge158 footage, again I am surprised and shocked these extreme values don't degrade video quality.
Do you have some special edition Lens?
What is everyone's opinion on 7Lg?
